Finding A Gift

Our gifts are categorized into these main groups:

Showcases bouquets, arrangements and seasonal hampers. Click the Flowers & Gifts link and browse gifts by category, occasion, recipient and budget.

Plants & Things
Our collection of quality potted plants and plant arrangements. Click the Plants & Things link and browse gifts by category, occasion, recipient and budget.

Fruit & Hampers
Choose from fresh fruits combined with subtle florals to elegant arrangements. Click the Fruit & Hampers link and browse gifts by category, occasion, recipient and budget.

Click the Advanced Search link found on the top navigation. You will see a page that allows you to narrow down your search using a combination of options.

For example, if it’s your friends birthday and you’re thinking of sending roses, you would:

Use the Occasion pulldown menu and select ‘Birthday’.
Use the Recipient pulldown menu and select ‘Friend’.
Type ‘bouquet of roses’ in the keyword box.
Click ‘SUBMIT’ to find the perfect gift.
Do note that we will look for gifts that match ALL the selected options. Thus, if you would like to see more results, do try to broaden the search, i.e. select less options.

Yes! All our products are tagged with individual alphanumeric item codes. Simply type the code (e.g. ‘MYPY01’) in the Site Search or Advanced Search keyword field and we’ll help you save time by showing you the exact gift at the click of your mouse. The item code search is case-insensitive, i.e. ‘MYPY01’ is the same as ‘mypy01’.

We understand that you’d like your gift to be unique. If you don’t see something on our site, that doesn’t mean we don’t do it up for you! Just drop us an email at customerservice@havanaflorist.com and we’ll get in touch with you to work out your very own creation.

Add-Ons are extras – such as plush toys, chocolates and balloons – that you might like to have sent together with your gift. You’ll only be able to browse Add-Ons until you checkout your order. During the checkout process, you may choose
Add-Ons for each gift. 

Each FarEastFlora.com bouquet and arrangement is lovingly crafted to bring joy to its recipients. The wrapping and trimmings that you see in our catalog will replicated as closely as possible, and your flowers will always arrive with a gift card bearing your personal message.

Our unique 3 tier pricing gives you the flexibility of upsizing for that extra special occasion or downsizing if you are on a budget but would still like that beautiful bouquet. Generally, with each price increase, more flowers will be used in the arrangement, while still keeping the same look and feel.

Using Your Account

General information on how to use your member account, and how to obtain a coporate account. More

If you had previously signed up with us, we have saved your member profile for you. However, your password has been reset. You would have received an email with your account details and where to login to change your password and update your profile.

Please call us at 03-2281 1669 and have a Customer Service representative assist you in making the necessary changes to your account.

A corporate account is a great way to manage year-round gift-giving for company contacts, especially since you can make use of our Wish Lists and Reminder Service to keep track of VIPs and important corporate occasions.

In addition, corporate account holders can opt for offline payment methods that are not available to normal members. For example, your company will be invoiced directly even though orders are placed online.

We also continuously seek partnerships with various companies to run joint promotions and campaigns, where company staff can purchase exclusive gifts, enjoy generous discounts or receive freebies with orders.

Only companies are eligible for corporate accounts. You may submit an online application for a corporate account, but we can only activate your account after an offline authentication process. Click here for the application form.

There are currently no charges for a corporate account.
